E! News anchor Giuliana DePandi married former Apprentice winner Bill Rancic Saturday on the Italian island of Capri.
The hour-long ceremony began at 5:15 pm local time and was performed in English, Latin and Italian by Rancic's boyhood priest, Father Michael O'Connell, at the Santa Sofia Catholic Church.
Rancic, 36, and DePandi, 33, wed before about 200 family members and friends.
DePandi, who was born in southern Italy before moving to the U.S., wore a Monique Lhuillier gown.
The couple began dating in April 2006 and got engaged on December 15, 2006, when Rancic proposed during a romantic helicopter tour above his native Chicago. "When Bill pulled out the ring I don't know what made me more speechless -- the fact that he was asking me to marry him or the ring! It was the most beautiful diamond I have ever seen," DePandi told Us of the sparkler from jeweler Jeffrey Rackover.
Rancic, a former ACE hardware pitchman, recently signed on to co-host the syndicated talk show iVillage Live. It is the first marriage for both.
