Honestly I dont think she has a chance in H377 of making a comeback now. Not after shes lived in the "fastlane" for the past year or so.
At least Kevin is grounded. He may party, he may drink, but he dosent put his business on blast like brit does. I think he deserves at least temp. custody of the babies. I dont know when and i dont know how but its going to take something drastic to make her wake up and realize what shes doing to her kids and with her life.
I understand its harder when you live in the spotlight, but come on that dosent mean you shave all of your hair off, or run into the ocean in your panties..
Shes got more sense than that.
At first I felt sorry for her. Then as the months past and she kept acting stupid I just gave up. Shes not gonna change for anyone including her kids and shes already proved that much.

Documents from Monday's Federline v Spears hearing were released today after both parties agreed on what elements to remove from public record.
At the August 27 hearing, lawyers for Britney Spears asked a judge for a continuance on the former couple's custody case in order to give both parties more time to "conduct and complete their discovery." Kevin Federline is seeking primary custody of sons Sean Preston, 23 months, and Jayden James, 11 months.
In her letter to the court, Spears' attorney Laura Wasser says that Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, had scheduled depositions with the subpoenaed witnesses despite being aware that she would be unable to attend. Additionally, Wasser submitted a letter written to Kaplan on August 15 asking for the offices to cooperate in "the service of third-party subpoenas," explaining that it would eliminate "the need for either office to chase potential witnesses, which would only cause more unnecessary fees and unwanted media attention to this matter."
The letter was written after lawyers for Federline had served Alli Sims, Daimon Shippen and Shannon Funk.
In Kaplan's opposition to Wasser's request for a continuance, he claims he had already offered a continuance, under certain restrictions, which was rejected by Spears' team. Kaplan also states that Spears did not attend a scheduled deposition on August 20 because her lawyer was on vacation. Despite requesting that the meeting be rescheduled, Kaplan alleges that he never heard back. He goes on to accuse Wasser of "stonewalling" the discovery with her difficult schedule.
The documents reveal that in addition to the witnesses already served, Federline's team plans to subpoena Christine Hallet, Spears' former nanny, and Dr. Betty Wyman, her "designated sober companion."
Finally, Kaplan requests that Spears cover Federline's legal expenses, citing her average monthly income of $737,868 dollars, and the imminent end of Federline's $20,000 dollars a month in spousal support, on November 15, 2007. According to the documents, Federline "has no net income after business expenses."
A decision on the request for continuance will be made when both parties are next in court, on September 4.

You dont know these kids and it takes a sick person to say that the kids need to go away!!! kids do not ask to be put on this earth they are a precious gift from god and none of this crazyness with britt and k fed is there fault!also how can u say that britt doesnt deserve the kids you go by only what the media tells u your not there when shes with the kids same with k fed. kevin is a "wanna be," and right now he "wants to be a welfare bum!" that is what you call a guy who only wants his children, for the child support check. after the babies were born, he was never around. he was always partying and not going home. he thought he was riding the coat tails of britney. sorry kevin, once a bad performer, always a bad performer, you watch, if the idiot judge happens to give kevin custody, he will be out spending his children's money on goofy jewelery and paying someone to record his sucky music. and will always be gone partying, with a nanny raising his children. kevin is a user, and parties just the same as britney. only you don't see kevin in the media, because the paparazzi doesn't want to follow that loser around, because they know they couldn't get any money for his lame pictures.
Pippy, re-read what you wrote. Every move she has made in the past year has been for the media. Shaving her head in front of 50 paps? Skinny dipping in daylight, in her underwear? Why do that if not for media attention, out of desperation. She's created it and is encouraging it all. She's KNOWS she lives in the public eye, and continues to behave an 18 year old party girl,instead of a parent or a mom. I knew there was trouble coming when she annouced she wanted to be a 'young mom'in an interview in 2000. She needs the media on her side here, but is failing miserably. Kevin has a better lawyer that is advising him properly, and he's listening. He's laying low and has been for months. Good for him. so Britney has made some crazy mistakes but imagine living in her world where everyone has an opinion on everything that you do. Every little hiccup she has made has been photographed and written about. I would be depressed if i constantly had to hear about all my negative faults. Just because she is rich and in the public eye doesnt give us the right to judge her so harshly. No one has a perfect life so why expect Britney to. A lot of people make a heap of money out of runing Britney down, and we all help them do this by reading these stories and buying the magazines. I feel really sad for Britney and wish that everyone would just give her a break. I guess by criticising celebrities we dont have to look at our own not so perfect worlds. Will people only be happy when we have another Owen Wilson on our hands.
It is not uncommon for the party suing for custody to request the other party to cover legal expenses. It prevents that party from stalling the proceedings unnecessarily at the other person's expense. If Brit was doing her job as a mom and her boys were being sufficiently cared for, these proceedings wouldn't be necessary. The only reason there is sympathy for her is because of who she is. If she was a nobody....just the girl living down the street who failed to provide adequate care for her babies no one would be defending her. The simple fact is she is beyond rich, and has access to more resources than any other single mother does. There is no excuse for her behaviour. She is immature, self-centred and spoiled beyond belief. K-Fed isn't perfect, but he has the ability to provide a structured environment for those two little boys which is what every child deserves. People need to remember Brit isn't supposed to be a child anymore.

atleast he has a 'strong family support' to help him care for the kids, what kind of enviroment does Britney have them in, when she does have them she passes them off to assistants and bodyguards and her dancers, she drives around with them in the backseat of her car to starbucks, tanning salon, dance studio and aimlessly for hours, having 'strong family support' around to help would have been much better than what she has them in now.
I am writing to maybe help this girl out, Britney needs some serious help and it seems like the tabloids and television ae making it worse for her.
I was thinking if maybe Britney would try to live with a miltary family for a while so that she can sober up and care for her kids....She needs parenting classes and aa classes. I live in Germany on a military base and it is almost impossible for people to get on base, she needs her privacy so she can get better.((no cameras on base)) I feel for her. The media would have no access to her and she might be able to focus and get cleaned up..I am willing to help her. I am 28 and a mother of three kids. My name is Jessica and my husband is deployed and I have a four bed room house to myself. I think it sucks how the media talks so much about her and noone tried to make the effort to help a girl in need. She does not know how to be a mom, yet her kids are suffering along her side..

Kevin doesn't use his kids to better his reputation, he has said numberous times that he would rather his kids not have to deal with the media/photogs, he said they didn't ask for that and wants to keep them away from it.
The media has no right to the kids and I'm glad Kevin has refuse to share his personal time with them with the world, yes, you see Britney with them, but almost all is of her in some kind of questionably situtation with them, that's what they will have to back back on, it would have been better if she had kept them at home, than subject them to all that unneccessary drama.
Kevin might not have been a good boyfriend or husband, but time and again you have heard from his 2 older kids mother that he's a wonderful father, who takes care of his kids. You don't hear about anybody running away and hiding because they don't want to get involved in a custody battle, because the things they might have to reveal wouldn't be good for him.

Kevin may not have as much money as Britney has, but he sure as he88 is the better parent, he has a good, stable family friendly enviroment, with alot of family support that will benefit his kids and their well-being.

Kevin is a piece of crap. He does not want those kids because of love he wants them as a paycheck. He wants to say how Brit is such a bad example. Well wait he is not exactly an angel. He walked out on his pregnant ex. That sure shows how much he loves his "kids". I believe what comes around goes around. His day will come and I don't think he will be happy about it.
Like I said before if he really wants them to have a normal life then he would sit down and talk to their mother about the custody issue. Instead he has his lawyer trying to get Brittany to pay his legal fees. When you are a celebrity the kids get photos taken regardless of the "normal" life you want to give them.

2:07 Kevin has done interviews where he has said that he doesn't want to use his kids like that. He want's them at home away from Photogs and not just some picture of I'm spending time with them. He is trying to raise them normally. He see Shar's kids all the time. At Shar's house and his. He doens't flaunt the kids in public.
I agree with Klynn. So in love huh? You never see any pics of him with the kids. When he is supposed to have them you see Brittany's parents taking care of them. LOL.
Kevin is from Clovis California where all the sorry guys are believe me I know. He reminds me of my daughter's father thinking cause he is a nanny occasionally that entitles him to be a "great father". TIME and MONEY is needed to raise a kid. This ain't the old days where you grow your own food make your own clothes....
