After six years of happy nesting, Courteney Cox and David Arquette are moving out of their beach-front home in Malibu.

In honor of the move, the couple hosted a goodbye gathering on July 29 with some of their closest friends, including a solo Jennifer Aniston, Isla Fisher and Sacha Baron Cohen.

The Arquettes paid $10 million for the four-bedroom, 5,500 square-foot home in 2001. Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright apprentice John Lautner, the wood, concrete and glass house features large curved windows facing the water, a pool and 80 feet of beach-front property. Though the new owner's purchasing price on the house, where the couple's daughter Coco has spent her first three years, is unknown, it had been listed at $33.5 million and the sale is currently in the final stages of escrow.

Cox, who has a well-known passion for house-flipping, reportedly applied for her real estate license in June in order to keep the sales commission on any future properties.

The family is relocating to another Malibu home they purchased earlier this year that they are currently renovating. The new home is in a more secluded section of Malibu and will allow the Arquettes -- and their famous friends -- more privacy.
