Dancing With the Stars -- the ABC reality show where demi-celebrities gather in their twilight years of fame to “shake it” -- has released the names of this season’s contestants.
This time around, former *NSYNC member Joey Fatone and Paul McCartney’s estranged wife, Heather Mills, will go toe-to-prosthetic-toe with the usual crop of ex-athletes, early 90s sitcom stars, and pageant winners. (At some point in the last decade, Ian Ziering morphed into a blonde Anderson Cooper, by the way.)

Laila Ali (world champion female boxer, daughter of Muhammad Ali)
Billy Ray Cyrus (actor on Disney series Hanny Montana, singer of Achy Breaky Heart)
Clyde Drexler (former Houston Rocket)
Shandi Finnessey (Miss USA 2004)
Leeza Gibbons (former host of Entertainment Tonight and Extra)
Vincent Pastore (Sopranos actor)
Apolo Anton Ohno (Olympic gold medal speed skater)
Paulina Proizkova (former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model)
Heather Mills (UN Goodwill Ambassador, former model, lost leg in car accident)
Joey Fatone (former *NSYNC member, Broadway star)
Ian Ziering (former cast member of Beverly Hills 90210)
Let's to try not to make fun of the disabled, and instead, go for the easy target known as Billy Ray Cyrus. If you missed Mr. Cyrus back in 1992 when "Achy Breaky Heart" first unleashed itself upon our cassette players, please proceed here to witness his white-sneakered dance skills first hand. OMG, I'll tune in just to see Apolo Anton Ohno! He's a hunk! As for Heather Mills..she'll be gone after week one. Nobody will vote for the gold-digger!

Apolo Anton Ohno is hot!!! Poor Joey Fatone, he has to do something with his life now since N'Sync is no more, grasping to anything to stay in the spotlight. Ian Ziering is another one who is a has been and is desperate to be noticed now.

Hopefully, they'll have an antique bedpan on hand in the backstage area for Ms. Mills -- considering that she stated she had to "crawl on her hands and knees to go to the bathroom" because her husband was so cruel as to not allow her to have an antique bedpan under the bed in case she had to go. In the British press, and in her divorce claims, she has put on the "poor pitiful me" act and really plays up her disability when it suits her.
For my money, if Apollo moves on the dancefloor like he does on the fast track ice -- my vote's on him.

Okay...so...hmm...She can dance with a prosthetic leg? I know you can walk and stuff but from all the moves and jumps they do on that show, it just seems like it would be difficult. And I'm not trying to offend anyone in anyway, I'm just curious to see how this goes.
