Britney Spears has publicly battled with her mother and ex-husband Kevin Federline (their divorce became final on July 30), but the latest crisis in the singer’s life involves her children, Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden, 11 months.
Sources tell Us Weekly that Spears’ friends and family have become concerned about the pop star’s mothering skills.
Case in point: The tooth fairy may be making early visits to 22-month-old Sean. “He’s having dental problems because Britney just shoves a bottle of juice in his mouth all the time to stop him from crying,” a family insider tells Us.
Another source says that, in April, Spears “asked an L.A. dentist if he would whiten her kid’s teeth!” The dentist refused.
The bizarre behavior doesn’t stop there. Spears and her kids became high-end squatters July 22, when they toured – then took over for several hours – a Pacific Palisades home, on the market for $6.5 million.
Upon arrival, her bodyguard removed the FOR SALE sign, then went to her Beverly Hills home to fetch some of their belongings. The result was a home seller’s nightmare, with Spears and her kids trashing the house before money exchanged hands.
“She ate tacos on the bedroom floor!” a source says of the home. “She got crumbs and grease everywhere. She let her babies and her dog roam the floor. She left the bed a mess – I don’t know what’s wrong with her.”

For everyone who says shes a bad mom, SCEW YOU. I'm not saying shes a good or a bad mom but we don't know what the hell is really going on so how can we judge her .
Bottom line is that she is an IDIOT. If she didnt want everyone in on her business then she should lay low for a while. She puts on a show and you all know it. And for those of you who think she a great mom your just as dumb as she is. A good mom isnt out in the bars until all hours of the night partying while other people are taking care of her kids.
It's really too bad for these boys. Mom is totally counting on the fact that no one will be able to prove she can't handle it, or stand up to her. No one really knows what goes on, except for the people who have first hand knowledge - COME FORWARD!!!, AND OF COURSE, those who don't mind sharing it because they think these boys long term lives should come before them getting fired by their cousin. Don't be so selfish, Britney. They ARE your own flesh and blood. It's time to admit they need stability. Please give Sean and Jayden a chance at a real life. Their family loves them. Money means absolutely nothing to these boys.
Why does he still get a bottle? He's over 12 months old (well, actually about to be 2). He should be using a cup. There's a book called "What to Expect, The First Years." Buy it, or if you can't, I'll send it to you, but please stop giving an almost 2 year old a bottle.... you're making him into a sissy, to put it into your terms (on the mild language take).

I really think that she is suffering from a mental disorder, probably biopolar disease. I think it is really sad that people are harassing her when it very apparent that she has a problem. I`m hoping that she is on medication, getting therapy. If not someone needs to intervene and get her some help. I don`t think this is just alcohol related. She acts like someone with a mental disorder. And I really do not think that she should be ashamed of it, just get help, because thousands of people, maybe millions of people have been diagnosed with that disorder. I think if she was more open about it more people would sypathize with her instead of making fun of her. It would also help a lot of people who too have been diagnose with that disorder. And maybe it would help her to be seen as a responsible person who is taking responsibility for her life.

I think the saddest part about the whole situation is that, if she were a "normal" person, Social Services would have already removed those kids. Time after time she has put them in harms way and all anyone ever does is put it on the news. It's really sad that those boys are going to have to grow up in such an unstable enviorment. Even if you are Brittney Spears, you should not be able to damage such young lives and get away with it.
Look I'm 21 with a one year old and I have to say that I have more common sense than she does, but as a parent I have say that we all make mistakes. I know she seems to be constantly screwing up but maybe the article is making it seem more than it is...
I think that whether you are a celebrity or not,you should put more than your best effort into your children. You should try to live your life as an example for your children. Not everyone is perfect--neither is the world. But to have children and then regress as she has is a shame. She should be ashamed of herself and the children should be put with someone who has THEIR best interest at heart--not her own. It is disgusting to me!
Britney needs someone to HELP her with the kids and not a nanny to raise them for her. How many of you have kids and have the whole world judging YOUR every move? I can not imagine how that would be. I would gladly go to LA and help her in a minute. She is a celeb and everyone wants a piece of her in some way or another. That would have to suck!!!!!
She an A-typical young mother. She really doesn't know how to take care of herself, on her own, then she makes bad mistakes with her kids. Feeding them bad food, drinks, gum, or fast food, well that is basically normal. To me she seems like a 16 year old who had too many babies too fast and it is a lot to handle. I guess I am more concerned that those boys each have a nanny and this is going on, I gave my kids soda, big deal. Never gave them gum, but they love tacos. I wish she would give up the celebrity life and buy a nice house in a small town and raise her kids. I think the music career has been over, try being a good mom. You will get paid more for that in the end.
Where the hell is CPS in all this??? If she is causing her children harm they need to be given to the father till she can be evaluated, and if she is found to be Bi-polar get her on meds. If she refuses then for heavens sake TAKE THE KIDS AWAY and give them to the X.
I think people should concentrate more on the parents who beat their kids, and treat them like trash. Granted, Britney may not get the "mother of the year" award, but no one is perfect. Shes a human being and she is allowed to make mistakes. Soda, gum/candy, tacos, those arent going to endanger these kids. Atleast she is trying, and the fact that she was seen crying in a resturaunt is sad because she is showing EMOTION, something some of these reporters have none of. It isn't her fault she is cracking under the pressure, let her live her own life. Instead of following her around waiting for her to slip up, go home to your families (if you have one) and find real jobs where you're not trying to ruin someone else's life.
I think, if the media quits putting up stories of her, quits writing about her, quits taking pictures of her and just ignores her. She won't act like a moron. She wants attention and she's doing whatever to get that attention. Even if it involves risking her own life and the health of her children.

I believe that Britney is a good mother but if u look at the article "HELP" look at the picture on that cover Britney shaved her head at the end of May and she couldn't have that long of hair in 2 months she may have hair but it cant be as long as the picture shows so for all we know that picture is two years old. So all of you might want to think about that for a minute.
I am a mom. No MOM would EVER EVER EVER give a child under the age of 3 or 4 any kind of soda or pop in a bottle or sippy cup. Yes my kid could take a sip now and then, but no more.
Babies and toddlers are growing so fast that they really need good, healthy foods to eat or they will be unhealthy for the rest of thier lives.

I bought this issue and i read the full article which made me cry. I was so disappointed to britney. Don't get me wrong i loved her and im one of those who are rooting for her to get better. But i really feel bad for the kids. I truly believe that right now, they are not safe with their mom, and i feel that britney is in denial. She should wake up and put the kids safety before her hapiness. These wonderful kids relay on her for strength and she can't even put herself together.
SHE HAS THE MOST GORGEOUS BABIES IN THE WORLD, and she should not look for hapiness in drinking, drugs, partying, instead the real hapiness is in her home waiting for her.
I wish that her kids would turn out okay. Un-healthy foods could be harmful to kids especially those two who are not even 3 years old. Good nutrition and loving environment is very important. If i could only adopt them i would...to save them from pain and heartache..

Well, let's see, Spears is a multigazillionaire who would never have to work again. She has more talent in her fingernail clippings than the idiot who wrote the piece, and she has two beautiful children, who will grow up having a life other people can only dream of. They will never have to work ever if they choose not to. And guess what, I believe that they will not be impacted by the gum, soda pop, taco or any other idiotic trivia that was brought up.
