Andrew Morton makes some explosive allegations in his new book, Tom Cruise: An Unauthorized Biography (out Tuesday). Among them: wife Katie Holmes signed a contract to commit to Scientology and that her father brokered a high-paying pre-nup.
Us Weekly distills the accusations in its latest issue, on newsstands now.
Morton claims Cruise had Holmes sign a document before they started dating that allowed "Scientologists full control over her life." The alleged document required Holmes to "turn only to Scientology's treatments" for herself and her children's welfare and "must never use psychiatric care or psychiatric drugs."
Morton maintains that Holmes' father, Martin, an attorney, negotiated a pre-nup that would award her $3 million for each year of their marriage.
Holmes' rep had no comment and the Church of Scientology told Us, "Ms. Holmes never signed any agreement."
Holmes – praised for her glam makeover – recently congratulated Nicole Kidman on her pregnancy and attended the Critics' Choice Awards.

From what I understand about Scientology, you really can't marry someone who isn't a scientologist or you are messing up their evolution or something. A potential trouble source.
Plus, according to L.Ron Hubbard Jr, having a chosen child was a HUGE deal to Hubbard Sr and even Jr was a born premie due to a botched 6 month abortion because the 'soul didn't take'. Hubbard was at most insane, at least a crook.
And Katie Holmes is an idiot for getting herself involved in this madness.

Hahaha...Suri DOES look like Chris Klein! I wouldn't be surprised because it's been rumored since the 80s that Tom is gay. He's probably infertile, too. That's why Nicole couldn't bear him a child---his sperm probably isn't any good.

What Katie did was marry a "lifestyle". Was she getting front row at the fashion events before? Was she always watched for what she wears? No. Now she can afford the very expensive designer clothes. The previous poster said that everyone says Mr. Cruise is infertile yet Suri is here. If it were me, and people were constantly questioning my sexuality or fertility - take the baby to a lab, take someone who is impartial along, swab her mouth and his and get a DNA test done.
It would put an end to all these questions. I am sure he can easily afford a DNA test. Therefore, either he enjoys all the publicity that comes from this or she isn't his.

Well, well, well, I'm reading all these posts and it truly amazes me how many people are so quick to judge the man!
Just about every post states that Tom is infurtile and that there is no way that little Suri could possibly be his!
Why does it always have to be the man who is at fault here? Could it not be possible that either of his ex-wifes were unable to conceive? You have to step back and look at the total picture, not be so quick to judge the man.
And as far as his religious practices and whether or not Ms. Holmes has decided to follow the same practices, its really no one's business what they do in their married life unless your backyard to so pristene that you can attempt to tell others how they should live their life!
In closing, no matter how Suri came to be, if she is able to have a good, stable life and is provided the things she needs in her life, then who cares who her father is! There are far too many 'throw-away' children in this society! Kudo's to Tom and Katie raising their little girl in the environment that is best for instilling good quality morals in a child! Keep up the good work Mr. and Mrs. Cruise!!!!!

Living in LA in the '80's and knowing people who circulated in the world of hollywood, it was well known back then that TC was (and is)sterile; nothing to be ashamed about. But honestly about it requires humility which he sorely lacks. Empowerment and attractiveness seems to be Tom's priorities. He needs to seek grace and humbleness to bring himself down a notch on this deceitful web he's in.

Nicole Kidman has not refuted any part of this book, why? because it's nothing but the truth. Katie Holmes sold her soul and her daughter with her father brokering the deal. Everyone knows that Anne Archer's son has been Tom's companion. katie just shops and attends scientology sessions while spending TC's money. While it may be true that Tom had " fertility problems" early on, advances in male infertility have made what was once impossible now possible. Sperm can be extracted from men with low sperm count and directly injected into an egg. This should be taken into account in all of this public speculation about whether or not the child is biologicaly his. And if not his "biological" child, so what? Neither are his adopted children, but they are as much "his" children as any biological child would be. And, if there was a sperm donor involved, so what? This is no differnt than what thousands of other infertile couples turn to. We don't question the parentage of their children in the media.
All of this speculation about Suri's parentage is only going to hurt her in the long run. Imagine being a young child and reading all of this crap. Let's leave this poor child alone.
