After a brief period of relative silence on the Charlie Sheen vs Denise Richards child custody front, the former couple have resumed their feud via opposing statements.
Sheen, who is trying to change the terms of their current custody agreement so he can be responsible for his own child care decisions, told Usmagazine.com on Aug. 28:
“Until I’m granted the ability to hire my own nanny, [Denise Richards] is required to provide one and I was terribly insulted that she felt her 'assistant' was a suitable replacement. If it’s unfortunate that I’m speaking, it’s 'unfortunate' that an incredibly loving and responsible father and his terrifically capable fiancé are being subjected to these transparent and unnecessary sanctions, that have nothing to do with responsible co-parenting and everything to do with punishment and control. As long as I am forced to live under these conditions with my children, people are going to hear about it.”
For her part, Richards continues to ask that Sheen keep their family issues between them. She tells Us:
"I was disappointed to learn of my ex-husband Charlie Sheen's current statement regarding our personal affairs. this was and should still be a private matter that we as responsible parents settled privately. I stand by that agreement and I will continue to do what is best for our children while attempting to keep this family situation a private matter."
Sheen and Richards have two children together, daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2. They were married in 2002 and divorced 4 years later. Sheen recently became engaged to girlfriend Brooke Mueller.

The FACT is the courts agreed w/ Denise, that he needed supervised visitation. There must be a reason or they wouldn't have.
Charlie is using the media period. I have no symathy for him as he's using his children to get back at Denise. Obvious. Don't forget his past.

Denise is shady and only cares about what SHE wants. Now that she's not with Richie Sambora who was her friends husband, she needs to try to ruin Charlie's happiness. I can see her as a controlling, spiteful ex wife and THAT is why Charlie needs to speak out. otherwise she will continue to play "Baby Momma" tricks and control what he does so he's just trying to point out to the media and others of what she's really capable of. No she never did deny that she asked for another baby with him.

Sorry but I have no sympathy for him. When he can learn to stop using the media...maybe then he will have a chance. It only makes him look trashy and vindictive. And yet he claims SHE is using the media.....sure Charlie, sure.

If Charlie is such a bad dad why did Denise request that he father another baby? Charlie told the media that she made that request and she never denied it but rather made a statement that she doesn't want any more kids right now....that dances around the allegation made by Charlie. I think she is a bitter ex-wife!! Plus she went with her good friends ex-hubby....hasn't she ever heard the well established rule...if he was your friend's man he is off limits! She is not very personable.

Denise is nothing but a bitter money hungry .....!! she wants to keep things out of the media but she was the one who went to the media about charlies porn addiction etc the day he launched his kids clothing line. she is so jealous that he has moved on. no pity for her u know shes after his money when she wants to have access to his future earnings get a life denise and a job go to hollywood and vine and stand on the corner thats where u belong. she knew about his past but yet she has not one but 2 babies with him he can't be that bad

I have symphathy for him. I am sure that he has made mistakes, like most parents have. But Denise herself said that he was a good father. She is just jealous that he has moved on and not pineing for her. Denise needs to make sure that a nutural party goes with them, not her personal spy.
