Damon and Affleck Save the Planet

Longtime pals Matt Damon and Ben Affleck have been up to more this summer than their enviable family vacation in Hawaii. The actors, along with Sarah Silverman, Joshua Jackson, Jason Biggs and Affleck's wife, Jennifer Garner, have lent their star power to the Center for American Progress Action Fund's "Clean My Ride, Flex My Fuel" campaign.
In a series of videos, the stars interact with an environmental crusader in the hopes of raising awareness about global warming and alternative fuel sources. Affleck dons a corn costume, Damon dresses as a human gas pump, Garner is asked to help deliver the group's message with a British accent, and Silverman reads a poem about her mother's poor fuel choices.

A$$flack, and Matt Dumba$$ both want YOU to be aware of the environment. They both want you to be more 'green'. You know, recycle...spend YOUR extra money to drive a hybrid that tops out at forty mph...while each of them fly across the country in private jets, and are driven around in gas guzzling limos, before they head back to their giant estates that burn about 25 times the national daily average of natural gas. Hypocrites. These two suck worse than Jenna Jameson putting in overtime. If you buy into this celebrity for the environment crap, then I've got a bridge for sale that you'd be perfect for.

Seriously, this story was on AOL 3 days ago. When AOL is getting their news before US Weekly.com...well, I guess alienating both celebs ("Hollywood Drug Problem" issue) and other celeb publications ("Faux Business" column) weren't very good ideas, were they?
