That’s a wrap! Kate Hudson’s daughter, Rani, is officially 1 month old and she celebrated the milestone with an adorable picture on Instagram. In the snap posted on Tuesday, October 30, the baby rocked a pink turban and gazed like a total pro into the camera.
The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days actress and her boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa, welcomed their daughter, Rani, on October 2. While this is the musician’s first child, Hudson shares sons Ryder, 14, and Bingham, 7, with Chris Robinson and Matt Bellamy, respectively.
A source told Us Weekly earlier this month that Rani’s big brothers are “obsessed” with her and visited in the hospital after their mom gave birth.
The newborn’s moniker — pronounced “Ronnie” — is a tribute to Fujikawa’s late father, Ron. “Ron was the most special man who we all miss dearly,” Hudson, 39, wrote on Instagram. “To name her after him is an honor.”
On Sunday, October 28, Fujikawa’s stepsister, Sara Foster, told Us the pair are done having kids. “Kate completed the family,” she revealed at the A Time for Heroes event in Los Angeles. Foster, who is also BFF with the Fabletics cofounder added that she is “the perfect mom” and committed to nursing.
“She was at a party last night and went home to breast-eed,” the Barely Famous alum gushed. “She’s a pro!”
Hudson and the musician, 32, made their official red carpet debut as a couple in May 2017. They had been pals for 15 years after meeting through Foster and her sister Erin Foster.
