Lisa Rinna

Lisa Rinna is an actress, television personality, model, author and entrepreneur best known for her roles on Days of Our Lives, Melrose Place and Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Rinna was born in Newport Beach, California, and spent her childhood in Medford, Oregon. After graduating from North Medford High School in 1981, she moved to California to pursue a career in modeling and acting.

After beginning her career with appearances in commercials and modeling, Rinna landed her breakout role as Billie Reed on Days of Our Lives in 1992. She later joined the cast of Melrose Place as Taylor McBride, further raising her profile in television. She went on to host Soap Talk, for which she earned four Daytime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Talk Show Host. She later competed on Dancing With the Stars and The Celebrity Apprentice. In 2014, she joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Her appearance on the show further boosted her public profile and she became a fan favorite of the series, exiting the show in 2022.

In addition to her television career, Rinna has appeared on Broadway in Chicago and has written multiple books, including Rinnavation (2009). She also launched the QVC fashion line The Lisa Rinna Collection and Rinna Beauty.

Rinna married actor Harry Hamlin in 1997. The couple share two daughters, Delilah Belle Hamlin (born in 1998) and Amelia Gray Hamlin (born in 2001), both of whom have pursued modeling careers.
