
Brian Austin Green
Brian Austin Green is an American actor best known for playing David Silver on Beverly Hills, 90210. Green was born in Van Nuys, California, and grew up in North Hollywood where he began acting as a child with the encouragement of his parents. He added his middle name, Austin, to his professional name after learning another Brian Green was registered with the Screen Actors Guild. He attended North Hollywood High School and began working professionally before graduating.
Green landed his first onscreen appearance in the TV movie The Canterville Ghost (1985) before securinghis major television role as Brian Cunningham on Knots Landing. In 1990, he joined the cast of Beverly Hills, 90210 as David Silver. The role made him a teen star and earned him ensemble honors with the cast, including a 1993 TV Guide Award and a Young Artist Award. Green remained with the series through its 2000 finale and later reprised the role for BH90210 in 2019.
Green went on to star in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Freddie, Wedding Band and Anger Management. In 2021, he competed with Burgess on Dancing With the Stars, finishing 13th overall. He has also experimented with music and released the hip-hop album One Stop Carnival in 1996 while Beverly Hills, 90210 was on the air.
Brian Austin Green dated several Beverly Hills, 90210 costars before becoming engaged to Vanessa Marcil in 2001. They welcomed son Kassius (born in 2002) before splitting in 2003. He married Megan Fox in 2010 and they share sons Noah (born in 2012), Bodhi (born in 2014) and Journey (born in 2016). Their divorce was finalized in 2021. Green began dating Sharna Burgess in 2020 and they welcomed son Zane (born in 2022). The pair got engaged the following year.
