FACEBOOKlets be real for one moment...take away brits stardom (or the lack there of) and consider if a mom has 2 children back to back and diplays behavior that she is not the best caretaker for those children...Lets also take into consideration that brit is probably on heroine or meth, couple that with the fact that this woman is having a nervous breakdown, hooks up with random men (alot) parties like it's 1999 all the time, steals (the lighter incident) and is a terrible driver. I would have to agree withthe courts and say she is not the best person to raise these children...people only feel sorry for brit because we watched her grow up and know that she was not allowed to be a regular teen and make all these idiotic mistakes when she was a kid like we all did, but the fact of the matter is whether she is famous or not it is still clear she need rehab and a job then I will feel she should have visitation. The only difference between brit and a regular crack head is her millions in the bank.

L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled that Britney Spears’ visitation rights have been suspended indefinitely. The next hearing is set for February 19.
"The word victory is not something that Mr. Federline or his counsel would ascribe to the results of the court," Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told reporters after the ruling.
"There is no joyous feeling," Kaplan added. "This is a grave situation for everybody. And while we believe Mr. Federline is pleased that the court did make an order that we feel is an appropriate, there is no joy in it for him."
At today’s hearing, a judge heard testimonies from Federline, two LAPD officers, court monitors Pamela Strong and Lisa Hacker and Spears' former bodyguard Lonnie Jones.
Spears arrived at the courthouse briefly, but fled to go to a church to pray.
"She was not ordered to be here today," Court PIO Alan Perichini told reporters. "She was welcome to come. It was my understanding the Sheriff's department did everything they could to facilitate her arrival."
Spears lost visitation rights after she was rushed to the hospital for a psychological evaluation earlier this month.

I think they should let her see her kids. A woman goes crazy when she can't see, feel, or even communicate with her kids. Taking the kids away from her is not only punishing Brit but it is also punishing her children. That day she was rushed to the hospital, she was just in breakdown mode; which is expected when everything in her life is going wrong, we all do it. And to put her under psycological evaluation is all for tv, it did not have to be publized like she is losing her mind. I believe she is fine and she should see her kids (supervised of course, just for now). By doing this she would have a reason to continue her life and wont feel so empty inside. FOR GOD SAKES, LET THE LADY SEE HER KIDS.
i guess i'm the only one who thinks "i'm scared" was taken out of context. i don't think she was scared of the paparazzi, i think she was scared of going into the courtroom. it's easy to say she was scared of paparazzi because it could sound like that, but really she knows it doesn't look good for her and we don't know what happens inside the courtroom. hell i'm scared to go to the doctor and i'm an adult. i've never had to deal with this so i'd prolly be scared of court too. i think her nerves were too bad since she doesn't have a stable foundation to come from.
now i'm not a fan, i just saw it differently and added a different perspective.
and i DO think she brings all this on herself. having said that the fun of her downfall stopped when she shaved her head to me. now i think i just tune it to see how long she will keep this madness up instead of just getting help or leaving l.a.
She is a really sexy and hot girl..It seems that she has a personal account at a military&admirer dating club with her pictures and blog. She is so popular there. Her photos on that site " wealthybeauty.com" I hope I were her, thus I can date those hot guys there...LOL..wish she make it ,she is always in style . no matter what things happened , we should stand by sb. but who cares it is true or not ?
well ,it'sad what's going on with brit ,all her actions learn toward her not wanting her boys back!!!!!!!,she can't blame the media for her problems but i'm sure it dosen't help, if she want to be free and unattached she should say so and let her ex raise those boys ,they will grow up one day and see what went on and how brit acted ,i hope we don't have another anna nicole ,

Has anyone ever thought that she's doing all this deliberately so she does get her children taken away? I believe that she thinks motherhood is too hard so she's trying to get out of it and start a "new life". Either way, she seriously needs help...there is something not right with her.

I'm the one who wrote about Britney mimicking her mother. I wasn't blaming her mother for her current actions - that is ALL Britney. But I do believe that part of her problems comes from a massive IDENTITY problem - Britney doesn't know who she is because she was manufactured.
Add to the the bipolar/schizoid behavior, and you have a real mess that will end in death. 100% sure of it. She cannot can receive effective treatment at this point and there is no 'cure' for what she has. Her psych illness is SET, and has been for years.
Brit does what Brit wants, and yesterday that was getting rid of her children so she can live her own life the way she wants without drug/alcohol tests and court monitors. I also believe her trip to the courthouse was a scam. She was nowhere near paps when she pulled into the courthouse garage and spoke with her lawyers. Funny how she later chose to drive around the block and exit her vehicle amidst a swarm of photog's!
I hope the courts give Kevin tons of money before the losers she surrounds herself with take it from her and it's gone forever.
Now…who want to tell me that Jamie Lynn is going to be any different? Crazy runs in the family and she is way younger than Brit. How do you think she’s going to handle a breakup, motherhood and loss of her career when she is so ignorant about life and the world around her?
omg, you people who keep blaming everyone but Britney make me sick. First of all, who knows what kind of up bringing she had and so what if she had a bad one, which I doubt, read the papers, watch the news, alot worse is happening out there then what Britney went through. But my point is there comes a time when we become adults and have to take responsibility for our own actions. We can let our bad childhood bring us down or make us a better person. I get so sick of people using their parents or whatever as an excuse. There are people out there that went through horrible experiences and they turned out to be good people. Britney is a spoiled brat who proves daily that all she cares about is herself. we are just now seeing her true colors because when she was a teen, she did what her managers told her to do, how to act.

Britney had no real childhood, so she doesn't know how to handle being an adult. Her parents eloped to Vegas and her mom had children at a young age. Her mom wanted to tease other men to feel like she still 'had it', even though she had kids.
Britney is mimicking her mother's example of adulthood, including the Vegas marriage (although that one didn't take), having kids young, and getting a divorce. Britney doesn't have any recollection of being raised or having a childhood, so she doesn't see why her kids need one. Now she has no idea what to do. She's at an end as far as ideas.
looks like she got what she wanted !! she doesn't want her babies because if she did nothing would have stopped her from going to court, but then again, if she wanted them, she wouldn't be in this situation. she's a loser now. hope she disappears and I wish they would stop taking her picture and putting her on the news, magazines, she thrives on it

A judge doesn't want her money, the cops don't want her money, the monitors don't want her money. What are they getting out of it? Was her mom in control of her when she was having ho hum at 14? I think Britney is an out of control spoiled brat that no one has ever been able to control. She controled Kevin! She dumped him! You have no children and don't know anyone who is mental except maybe you sympathize w/her and are mental yourself. Good luck protecting a child, they rarely have rights. I'm proud of Kevin, his lawyer and the judge.

anon 8am - I think you are exactly right. I was thinking the same thing. She makes an appearance so that SHE doesn't look bad, but it was a pathetic attempt.
If it were a Rite-Aid, Starbuck, or a gas station - there would be no fear or fake anxiety...Britney would push right thru to get to her cigs, Prozac, and fraps. It's evident where her kids fall on her list....last.
Now that she isn't allowed to even SEE her kids, I expect Britney to be moving out of Los Angeles IF she truly wants peace in her life. There is no reason to be there now.
Britney has no ego or self esteem right now and is completely open to falling into an abusive relationship. I notice she has a couple brusies and is losing lots of weight.
I think she is a scared person, period, beyond paranoid, and she needs help from someone she can trust, sadly that is no one. There was no 'plan' in her mind. Of course, you asking that question will open up the haters, they are drooling over their computers already in anticipation.

Britney even knows that she is in a dangerous spot in her life. I am hoping she is doing this by choice and realizes it is best for her children until she can get all the help she needs. Unfortunately it will take a long time since she is refusing any help at this time.
Question... she has the pap around her all the time. Do you think she showed up to make people THINK she attempted to go to court but pretended to be scared? Even the police tried to help her out of the car and she refused. If I were her parents I would be scared as h^ll. They need to commit this girl for her own safety.
