I am not a fan of Britney, but I will admit that I have seen those photos on the richmingle.com website, and was surprised. She is doing what she needs to do with her children. Come on!

Some one needs Jesus! The only innocent person in this whole thing is Shar Jackson! Karma is mfer. Shar is now doing well and Britany continues to go down. Postpardom, drug and alcohal addiction, NO! Try the feeling of failure of the love of a man will take you down just as easily as the outside forces you use to help you forget about it. Britany can't seem to forgive herself for loving and supporting the wrong damn person. She needs to get it together. She needs to check herself and realize her actions will be displayed on newsstand after newsstand. I'm a 27yr old single mother of two kids and their father is a nobody. If I can do it living off of practically nothing, then you can do it with a whole lot of something. Focus on taking your career to new hights and put every amout of good energy you have into your children. Hiring a PI...no need for that...just ask the freeloader if he has a job. How can any judge give custody to someone with no income. He is a loser...he is not a real man.

This is the most rediculous thing ever, hiring a PI to dig up dirt about Kevin's past is only going to blow up in her face, the judge doesn't care what he did in the past, he's only interested in what he's doing now and if any of his actions endanger the kids in anyway.

Britney needs to grow up and start taking responsible for her own actions and stop blaming everybody else for her studity.

I wish Kevin and those boys the very best, and I hope their mother will one day realize what her actions is doing to these boys as they grow and begin to understand. I hope she will get the help she needs soon, before that time comes.

If he hasn't changed his lifestyle then the judge clearly thinks his if better for the kids than hers and thats taking into account how women can do no wrong in the eyes of the courts.

So what if he has beer in the house. He's not allowed to drink it during set times, as long as he doesn't break that whats the problem. Do you think Britney doesn't have alcohol in the house? Now who do you think is more likely to break the rule? Thats right Britney. After being in court didn't britney go straight out drinking and partying?

By the way the answers yes and it's on camera.

They are not breaking any laws? What about impeding a vehicle when they stand in front of her or get in her car? What about jaywalking and impeding other drivers when they surround her car while in the street? What about the flashes at night that blind her and other drivers? What about chasing her, weaving in and out of traffic, making illegal u-turns, crossing lines to illegally pass other cars? What about surrounding her to the point she cannot walk, impeding her right-a-way on a public walkway? What about assualt when they touch her, push her, etc. to get a picture? They break the laws all the time and the cops don't do anything because they are celebrities. Excuse me, one cop did pull over several photogs for impeding traffic.

They have the right to take pics. They don't have the right to break the law or put people in danger to do it.

As far as Kevin, the day he got the kids when Britney first lost custody, one of the shows, I think Extra, had video of his bodyguard buying two 12 packs of beer and returning to his house, right after the Judge ordered that neither could drink within 12 hours of getting the kids.

I'm not saying that Britney doesn't have problems. I'm just saying that Kevin hasn't changed his lifestyle, the paps just don't care because he is not newsworthy.

Kevin doesn't have to hire a pi because he has a free one TMZ. Shame on them why don't they go follow him for a month and see what we get??

First ex-wife in history then. I love the way women see this saga. The roles are reversed, she has the money, he has the kids and she pays him, yet all women can say is, "all he wants is money" why doesn't he get a job" "she's a great parent" even "she is a working/single mum"

Yet when its the other way, like for the other 99% time, do they say the sames things about the woman. Telling her to get a job when she REFUSES to. Having a go at her for extortionate divorce settlements that prove a womans only after money. NO! When she illegally withholds custody. Do they call her a bad mother no, has kfed done this, no.
He's always been ready to give her the kids for her alloted time even if her ego has stopped her from seeing them. He's actually done everything asked of him, if he was vindictive like a women he would've stopped her seeing the kids.
Single fathers play by the rules (don't have the courts or police to back them when they vindictively withhold access) and thats why kids from single fathers turn out better.
Because kids need BOTH parents, even this train wreck.
Why does she still have access. A man who would've done these things would be banned from seeing them by the courts.
Oh wait it's because of her gender.
It's never about right or wrong with these women just the gender of the people doing. Same with the sexist courts.
DOUBLE STANDARDS

They don't stalk her. Stalking is violent crime that is usually described by the fear for one's life and the threats of the stalker that are specific to the victim. Hounding a public figure for pictures when that is your job, albeit a loathsome job, isn't stalking. The courts CANNOT put a stop to it as no laws are being broken. However, stopping it would be a violation of the First Amendment.

I assume he feels she brings on herself by:
*Choosing to make random and unimportant errand runs seemingly several times a day, i.e. Starbucks, gas, fast food. She has assistants, they can do this.
*Having personal conversations with the paparazzi, flirting with them. ("You're cute!")
*Having the paparazzi do favors for her such as pumping her gas, getting her food, etc.
*The flashing.
*Driving around in a convertible.
*Inviting the photographers into places like restrooms and private businesses.

These are recent instances, they do not include the dancing in front of picture windows while out or shaving her head for whatever reason while in front of windows. There is no need to see proof of her calling the paparazzi to see that her actions do not reflect the desire to be left alone. Common sense says do not give them something to make them extra cash such as the panty-less shots or repeated driving infractions and eventually they will back off some.

If you bother to read the court papers available you would see that the judge has seen quite a bit of evidence that is not coming from paparazzi. There have been depositions, affidavits, reports, etc. that come from individuals involved or assigned. The use of a video in court of a crime or infraction being committed isn't to be sneered at because of the source and is asinine to think a judge should ignore such evidence because of that. In fact it is rather strong evidence that Ms. Spears has some sort of disconnect with reality to not think these videos will effect her.

The idea that if she focuses on her children and all will get better is a false one. She needs to focus on her illness(es) once she accepts them and her need for help in order for her to begin recovery and to get back on track. People my not like Kevin, but obviously the judge thinks he is a fit father. The kids are safe with him, they are taken care of no matter who pays what, the safety and care is key, not the money. Of all times this could be the perfect time for her to focus on HERSELF. That does not mean her career, but her well being. Most likely, only then will she be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle for herself and the kids.

Kevin's PREVIOUS bad acts are not going to get Britney her kids back as long as she acts a fool. Considering how late in the game this comes it reeks of desperation. In all the depositions they've taken they have found nothing, so now they want to follow him. Well, she might find it hard to try and find him placing the kids at risk as he seems to have enough sense to keep them at home instead of flaunting them all over the place. And as for when they aren't with him, like when he is in Vegas, the judge is not going to care as long as he is not breaking any laws.

Hopefully at some point she will have exhausted her legal avenues and maybe then she will focus on getting the help she needs.

This poor girl is being so raked over the coals. I hope the karmic thing is TRUE.
