Though her assistant and a mohawked Kevin Federline arrived early this morning at L.A. Superior Court for another hearing in the ongoing custody battle, Britney Spears is still a no-show.
Perhaps she's in need of some rest.
X17online.com is running photos of the star and her paparazzo beau Adnan Ghalib hitting CVS drug stores around 1 a.m. early Monday.
At today's hearing, it is expected that Federline’s counsel, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will ask that Spears' visitation rights "be cut off completely until the trial in April," a source close to the case tells Usmagazine.com. L.A. Court Commissioner Scott Gordon will also hear from police and rescue personnel from her hospital trip earlier this month.
While dad — who has sole and physical custody of the boys — is away at court, Sean Preston and Jayden James are being looked after by a nanny. They were spotted taking a stroll this afternoon.
Shar Jackson recently told Us, "the boys are good."

I dont like her never have, and its real pity what her kids are going through I agree that Photogs are only creating more problems by all the attention they are giving her. Its like she is thriving with all the attention we as the public give her, and it is making her laugh in all our faces about how shocked we get with each stunt she pulls. I say Shame on Britney, and also cant she get a man who isn't married??? Must go along with her trailer trash bleep presentation, or that a real man doesn't need a woman to support him....

Can’t belive that Court has to wait on Brit to show up at 1 p.m. who the hell she thinks to be? She always have time to do stupid things like go shopping and eating out and yet she doesn't even show up to court - is beyond me. To all the Britney lunatic fans - stop thinking about Britney for a change and think about her two children - I'm sure they're very hurt. Yes they probably don't quite understand what's going on, but they're going to be emotionally scared for the rest of their lives - all because of their mom. Remember, Britney had a choice and she was given way too many chances, it is time that the kids should be taken away from her for good.
