Usmagazine.com has learned that when police arrived at Britney Spears' Beverly Hills home on Jan. 3 to investigate her custody dispute with Kevin Federline they discovered that her youngest son, Jayden James, had at least one bite and several bruises on his body.
According to a source, the LAPD report of the incident, which ended with Spears being transported to a nearby hospital for psychiatric evaluation, says that when officers arrived that evening Spears responded by yelling at them to get out of her house. Police outside the home peered through a window and saw Spears cradling Jayden in a bathroom and observed that he was not in any immediate danger.
The source says that, though at first police threatened to break down the bathroom door, they soon learned that the door was in fact not locked and the officers were able to open the door and enter the bathroom.
After observing the bite mark and bruises on the child, police were then told by Federline's bodyguard, who had been at the home to pick up the kids, that the injuries were on Jayden before the child had even arrived at Spears' home earlier in the day, and that his older brother, Sean Preston, had actually bit him.
The source also tells Us that tests conducted on Spears at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center later that night found no evidence of drugs or alcohol in her system.

You know why Jayden was bitten by his brother Sean? It's because they hadn't eaten since Britney had them. She was to busy doing coke off the bathroom counter top. Did you not read the article? She didn't lock her door. It was unlocked. She was in there trying to comfort him like a mother does!!! She didn't talk to them b/c it was about her child, not them.
Why don't you mind your own? In the worlds eyes she's harming her kids. She has never physically harmed them. I've known and seen much worse. She is a troubled woman, like any other normal human being.

It explains nothing. If Britney had a problem with JJ having bite marks and bruises (both of which are common with toddlers), then WHY lock your doors and hide in a bathroom? Why not tell the police and let them sort it out? Her little fiasco had NOTHING to do with her children being harmed (esp since Britney has endangered and harmed those kids far more than a few bruises –both mentally and physically).
Even if US may have made it seem like it was Britney responsible in their title, it would't be the worst thing she's done to those boys.

I agree with a lot of others that the headline alludes to that Britney did this. It's ridiculous. You see anyone else going through what she is and people ignore it. You see Britney going through it and you judge her. No one knows what she is going through and whats going on in her mind. Just leave her alone. Not to mention, she needs help. But so does about 99.9 % of the population. We all have issues!!! Stop criticizing her every move. How's about everyone just minds their own and anyone who knows her... Help her!!!!
