More than a month after his involvement in an altercation that landed a photographer in the hospital, Britney Spears' bodyguard Julio Camera has been formally charged with battery.
On July 27, Spears and Camera were outside the spa at the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel when bodyguard Camera tackled photographer Andrew Deetz to the ground. Deetz and his associate Kyle Henderson claim that while Camera punched and kicked Deetz, Spears threw a baby bottle at Henderson and screamed, "I am going to kill you!"
Deetz filed a complaint, and after an investigation, the Las Vegas District Attorney's office has charged Camera with one count of misdemeanor battery. His court date is set for October 12.

I went to school with this guy. I had him over the house, played basketball, and hung out. He's a cool guy, not the brightest crayon in the box, unlike his brothers. Not a surprise he'd face charges. Guess it's the price of working for the emotionally challenged.

This bodyguard has a bad rap. He was Luis Miguel's bodyguard and got in trouble in Colorado for beating up a bartender or some fan that tried to take a pix of Luis Miguel.
