After partying hard last week in New York City, Britney Spears calmed things down in Florida earlier this week.
Usmagazine.com has learned that Spears, 25, checked into the Four Seasons Hotel in Miami around midnight on Monday with her boys, 17-month-old Sean Preston and 5-month-old Jayden James.
"The hotel was full so we put Britney and the children in a two bedroom condo hotel room, which is very residential and like a big city apartment," a hotel source tells Us.
According to the source, Britney and her boys made the trip solo - minus even a nanny. "Britney called the concierge desk, saying she was not able to shop herself because she had no one to watch the kids, so would a female please go out and buy her a bright-colored bikini," says the source. "Britney was totally wishing she had help to take care of those kids."
By Wednesday night, the source says, Spears was feeling so overwhelmed by the kids that even though she had planned originally to stay a week she decided to fly back to Los Angeles on Valentine's night. "Something happened," explains the source.
But before Spears hopped her private jet, she underwent some retail therapy at Miami's Bebe Aventura store. According to an eyewitness, Spears spent $1500 on Bebe mini-dresses while the staff kept an eye on the babies.

I would dream of the opportunity to be her nanny, I am very good at reading people and when I look into her eyes, you can see love. I remember when she first announced she was pregnant, I thought to myself that she will be a great mother. Things that have happen in her life have driven her to re-focus on herself and not so much her children, but can any of us judge her? No. If I had reporters following me 24-7 and in my childs face, wouldn't we all be pushed to the things that have happen in the past. I am a great mother and my son is fist in my life and I for one would love to see Britney with her children again. There is nothing more rewarding than unconditional love Britney and no one else will ever be able to give that to you but a child.

I would love to be Britney Spears' nanny. I love kids and being around them. I have always like Britney and just think she is going through her hard times. Who wouldn't when people follow her everywhere and criticize her every move. I would be willing to literally move to be her nanny because i think it would be worth it.

Britney needs some serious therapy NOW or she is going to run a very serious risk of losing custody of her babies. Her erratic behavior definitely has the feel of backlash from two years of staying home and being the (relatively) responsible parent, while K-Fed was out partying. I can't fault her for wanting to have a little fun now, but she has gone totally over the top with this, and clearly is not spending very much quality time with those precious babies of hers. This latest antic may have been an attempt to rebound back the other way - again too far - and make up for lost time with her sons. Unfortunately, she clearly is not equipped (mentally or otherwise) to take care of the boys completely on her own at this point. She certainly has the money - why would she not bring along someone to help her with the boys? Two young sons would be a challenge for any mom, let alone someone not used to dealing with them by herself.
Britney, I really hope you get the counseling, rehab, etc. that you need, to help you clean up your act FAST, and find an appropriate balance between your duties as a mom and quality time spent with your boys, your career, and your personal life. No party, and no guy is worth losing your babies over.

hi. im a young mom too! i have 23 and a 3 year girl and a 8 month boy...i do everything for my childrens! ill never left them with nannis or stranger people! they are too young!!!!!!!!!!! and ill go to club when i can...but not every single night!!!!!!!!!!!! my babys needs me! 24/7...noy when i feel like!

I thought she wanted to be a mother! Now she's realizing it's harder then she thought. Those children are not little dogs you can carry around in your purse while shopping. Actually, Not all daycares are like that! That is an assumption. If you can "afford" to pay for that type of daycare then more power to you. All daycares are not the same. All nannies are not the same. Best believe if I am paying you top dollar to be a nanny you will do more than just babysit my child.

Actually daycares are very different than nannies, let me elaborate, at least here where i live, the daycares are top notch, they are more like learning centers, where you learn, socialize, play, and burn energy. In the summer they have a version of summer camp, where they swuim,go to different events, and even have pony rides.
w/ a nanny you stay home all day, not doing much of anything.
What britney has is a nanny, which in no way is beneficial to the kids, to herself maybe.

Being a mother does not mean not having time for yourself. A good mother will find a balance. Good for you if you dont have a life and have your kids 24/7. You will eventually burn out. Everyone needs a break from time to time. ALSO, "Working people" dont have that luxury. Their children spend most of their time in daycares!... SO the daycare is considered their nanny.. What some people are saying is, You can not judge until you have walked in her shoes. So since we can never walk in someone elses shoes we "EMPATHIZE" (look it up)... with her.

Britney Spears needs help. She lets the staff at a clothing store watch her kids while she shops??!! She's out every night partying...while some nanny watches her kids. I have a child and one on the way...I don't get babysitters....I don't go to bars or clubs...I spend every night with my children....because that is why I had kids....not to pawn them off on babysitters to go out all the time.....some one should let her know that all of this crap won't help her custody battle!!!!!!!!! For crying out loud - for all you people who say that Britney should be left alone and not to judge her.... I think the only thing people are judging her for is the fact that she appears for al intents and purposes to be neglecting her children.
You simply CAN'T got out almost every night when you have a child under 6 months old. Good old Britney was only months out of pregnancy and birth before she hit the scene. Not only is that extremely unhealthy for her son, it's unhealthy for her. She needs rest, recuperation and recovery - especially after a relationship breakup.
Hell, I know - I had a kid on my own too.
Sure, Britnet deserves a break from the public and the media, but only if she's going to cut herself one first.
