Britney has alot to learn about being a mother. Anyone can give birth but it takes a woman to be a mother. I will give her the same advise that a I gave all four of my daughters and that is , in twenty years the only opinion that will matter is that of your children. Get some help not only for your self but for those precious boys that God has given you the responsibility to make sure they are respectful adults, and so far there father is being both mother and father to them. I admire a man that loves his children more that the lime light. Wish ther mom loved them like that. Good luck Kevin, your going to ned it, you and the boys are in my prayers.

Actually, there have been allegations that she drinks in front of her kids. She is about to lose her kids and she can't even bother to prentend to be trying to clean up her act in order to keep them. There's a huge difference between that and occassionally going to a club when you have a kid that you aren't in danger of losing. She has demonstrated that she doesn;t care about those boys--she should be grateful that at least their father is looking out for them.

She's not losing her kids as a result of one red light. She LOST her kids as a result of:
Being out all night seemingly more nights than not when she had custody.
Rehab followed by drinking and drugging per the court.
Driving with her kids without a license.
Not having proper care for the kids, i.e. nannies who were not trained.
Her obviously erratic behavior.
Then when the judge gave her a chance to correct these issues, she refused.
THAT is why she lost her kids. Not one red light. She will go back to court not because of one red light, but because she has:
Failed half of her drug tests by refusing them. It is no different as if she peed straight cocaine.
Has shown repeated poor judgement while driving by not having a license, not properly securing the kids in seats, randomly driving all over with the kids despite court concerns of the kid friendliness of her chosen activities with the kids, a hit and run, and her games of tag with the paparazzi by hatting with them while she drives.

Now the red light ON TOP of all else is why she is back in court.

To say she should not be going to court is to condone this type of behavior.

Well I am a parent and my kids are 12 and 15 almost 16... I see people all the time run redlights and yes half of them have their kids in the backseat. None of them are losing their kids for running a redlight. As for britney drinkin in front of her kids there hasnt been any reports of her drinkin in front of them. We have only heard she goes clubbin... what 25 yr old doesnt...I have 25 yr old friends with kids and they sometimes go out to have a good time.... she musta been tryin to seek them in the to the clubs then if u think she was drinking around them.

I suspect that those who feel that K-Fed and his attorney are "nit-picking" don't have children. If I knew that someone who was taking care of my son was running red lights, crashing into parked cars, drinking while he or she was taking care of my kids, and going clubbing almost every night, I would do everything in my power to make sure that that person was never left alone with my child again. She doesn't seem to understand what it means to be a parent, and even worse, she doesn't seem to care. She is setting her children up to be a mess when they get older. K-Fed may seem like a joke based on his music and his public image, but he has to be a better parent than she is. She sets the bar pretty low.

I dont feel sorry for her. She is an adult who chose to take on the responsibility of having children and obviously it is proving too much for her. She isnt use to 24/7 responsibility because she is use to everyone else doing everything for her. She is realizing they arent like her pets she buys that she takes back once she gets tired of them. I dont buy that she is scared of the papparazzi because there has been plenty of footage of her telling them she 'loves them' and having them carry things for her, etc...she absolutely craves the attention despite what you think. Running a red light over papparazzi was something worth dragging her back to court over. What if a car had been coming and it ended up with her kids in the hospital or worse..dead? It's red for a reason...and with kids you *have to* be more careful, its not just your life in the car. It's not a choice when it comes to your kids. They depend on mommy and daddy to make the right choices and keep them safe. Your poor decisions could come with a great cost. Clearly, it was worth the risk to her. That in itself is scary. She knows paps are following her every move and everything she does will be reported. When behavior like this is normal for her to the point to where she isnt even trying to hide it in the face of the paps's cameras..something is clearly off kilter and would most definitely warrant genuine concern.

to those who are quick to blame and accuse K-Fed, those children are blessed to have one parent looking out for their interests and lives. Everyone seems to think he is doing this for additional income but it is Britney's own actions towards her children creating the problems. I know the press is spinning most of this and choosing when and how to make her look even worse but take her little dog, a dog to tiny for rugrats when a nice labrador retriever would have been an excellent companion for her children, anddd then her house is not childproofed, her home should be a safe haven for her toddlers. You know what else, she is not connected to any other hollywood Moms because they are not out clubbing, they're at home raising the babies and managing to make career and mommydom work. Go Christina, Gwen, Nicole.

If Kevin keeps taking her to court for everything she does wrong, my question is what's he doing wrong that he's trying to hide?

If this was any other parent doing the things that Britney is doing. They would of had her kids taken away a long time ago. She obviously has no regard for any rules that apply to her and it shows. She is in her own lala world.

I wish I could take my ex every time I knew he had partied or got stopped by the cops for going 90 in a 45 MPH zone - with my son in the car with him when he got stopped. HOWEVER, I do see his point for one reason: I recently saw a tape of a person who sped through a traffic light, bashed an unaware driver who plowed right into a pedestrian walking across the road where he was entitled to go. Needless to say, lots of injury, death -- not good. My husband got hit head-on by a careless driver who illegally passed -- he died three times on the way to the hospital, but is now okay - albeit disabled. She needs to learn SOMETHING -- like, make up your own fun for your children at HOME. No, she leaves the car with the court-appointed monitor and goes SHOPPING. She does NOT act like a mother who wants to be with her children. Just my opinion.

i love how people are saying "once again dragged her back to court" these are his kids people, wouldn't you do everything you could if the mom had failed a drug test and ran a red light with the monitor ducking in the front seat! he has to do what's right for them, i'd drag her butt back to court too!

I agree with CLAUDIA SCHIFFER-she probably has always been this way, and its now coming to light. We all see it everyday in our hometowns-people who don't take care of themselves and their children. She is creating her own demise. I don't think it will be possible for her to make a successful comeback. Just like Michael Jackson. Its one thing to make a bad song or bad movie but its another thing to make bad choices when it comes to innocent children. Bottom line-she doesn't deserve those boys.
