Yea Angelina got pregnant somewhere around the end of August but when did Jen file for divorce (March!!!) Everything was done and signed they were just waiting for the finalization (October). So if everything is signed and approved by the judge then they are divorced. And she wouldn't have been appealing to him if his wife had stuck to having kids when "Friends" got over (which she stated in an interview that she would do). This was the one thing that he wanted in his life and he wasn't getting any younger but she thought her career was more important (6 back to back movies that she signed on for). He had chemistry with Angelina but it wasn't acted on until he was separated from Jen. All the speculation is there that they had an affair but with no proof Angelina is made to be the bad guy - if she was as close to her mother as she says and saw how much her father had hurt her mother I don't think she would put someone else in that position. And yes she got with Billy Bob when he was with Laura Dern but you don't know what he was telling her - he could have told her that that relationship was over..............IT TAKES TWO TO CHEAT (AND BOTH PARTIES NEED TO BE WILLING WHICH ACCORDING TO REPORTS SHE WASN'T BECAUSE BRAD WAS MARRIED)

Angelina Jolie is no celebrity dilettante, insists former Secretary of State Colin Powell.
In the latest issue of Newsweek. Powell comes to Jolie’s defense, dismissing naysayers who snipe that the actress (who was recently appointed to the Council on Foreign Relations) doesn’t really understand the complex global issues she takes on and is merely looking for a photo-op.
"She's absolutely serious, absolutely informed," says Powell. "Her work with refugees is not something to decorate herself. She studies the issues."
"For her, it's not about saving the world, it's about saving kids," he says. "She doesn't need this. This needed her."
Indeed, Jolie is tired of having to prove herself. "People can just hate back and forth, and I understand my own country's irresponsibility with our foreign policy sometimes, but can't we please try to be open-minded, and see that there are some of us who are trying?"
Starring in A Mighty Heart, a film about the murder of Jewish American journalist Daniel Pearl by Muslim extremists, also configured into Jolie’s advocacy for international understanding.
But that doesn’t mean she didn’t have her doubts. "People advised me that this movie was politically dangerous," Jolie says. "I thought maybe I shouldn't touch this. Maybe it would do more harm than good."
Brad Pitt, who was a producer on the film, tells Newsweek that it was he who introduced his girlfriend to Daniel’s widow, Mariane Pearl.
"Being in the room with those two women is great fun," he says. "It's like sitting down with Roosevelt and Churchill." He paused. "Only much better-looking."
The Babel actor reveals that he thought Jolie would be the best actress to play Mariane, but he was hesitant to broach the subject.
"I knew the part had to be played by someone with Mariane's strength and understanding of the world, but I didn't know how to broach the subject," he says. "It feels a little like Wolfowitz trying to get his girlfriend a job," Pitt added, referring to the former World Bank president who stepped down after being accused of giving his girlfriend a high-paying position.
The couple have often said that they hope to expand their brood which already includes Maddox, 5, Pax, 3, Zahara, 2, and one-year-old Shiloh.
"We want to have as big a family as we can," Jolie says. "Our only restriction is making sure we have time for everybody, and we're finding that we have the ability to do that."
Pitt, 43, who went from having no children to being a father of four in the space of 15 months, laughs when the subject is brought up.
"Yeaaahhh, we do things in extremes. But I've always embraced big changes, and this feels very natural. It's just the most fun I've ever had."
For now, Jolie, 32, is content to simply focus on her family and let her charity work speak for itself.
"People can question your choices, accuse you of things, but your real work and your integrity will [win] out," she says. "All that matters is if I build a strong family, if I'm able to do my advocacy work and if my children are happy."

Colin Powell is a has-been who lacks integrity. First of all, General Schwartzkopf carried the Persian Gulf War for him, and Powell cashed in on the glory. Second, Powell disagreed with the decision to invade Iraq, then he turned around and drummed up support for it against his own judgment. Now he is vouching for AJ's sincerity. This is supposed to carry weight with whom? What would he know about her motivations anyway? Squat.
Third, she is a do-nothing do-gooder. She has not actually produced any sort of significant results. She is an actress--she recites reports like she recites movie lines--it does not mean she has made any intellectual contributions.
Fourth, Powell has always been pro-UN, and that is HIS motivation in all this. These pro-UN losers like former President Carter, who these days is defending Hamas--that tells you what a loser POS he is--all stick together. Losers, has-beens, and never-was-es, all.
I keep saying that Ho-lie is anti-American, and people are now starting to realize it. Reality will eventually catch up with her.

I am so sick of Angelina acting like she is trying to rescue the world. If she is adopting these children out of love, I commend her for that but I have read about her off and on for many years. Boohoohoo, why does Angelina get to be on Larry King Live or Anderson Cooper, in Newsweek, have a new movie? Give me a break, I am somebody too! I invested in Smart Water, my face is going to be on a limited edition label in July - hellooo, did Angelina ever get her face plastered on a label? Jane Pitt loves me, do you see Billy Bob's mother going over to Angelina's house for a 2 hour visit? Well do you? Seriously, you want a story about a non-event like Jane Pitt went to Jennifer's house? You can see the photos on Just Jared.com and neither looked very happy. Jennifer probably called Jane up claiming to be suicidal again, and unable to handle all the attention that Angelina is getting. She expects Mama Pitt to console her. It is so pathetic that Jennifer can only get into the tabloids when someone visits her house (gee who called the paparazzi over for that meeting?) She gets the photo of her "new guy" carrying a bottle of Smart Water from her house. Jane left the house without drinking the water, and Jennifer left later in tears. Jen had to buy into the Smart Water corporation just to get a mention in their ads, and when has any other celebrity gotten stories about their promotional ads? Do the magazines usually do a story about basketball stars with their sneaker or burger commercials? But Jennifer can push her own agenda.

Is anyone else watching this B.S. on Anderson Cooper? I swear to God, I approached it with an open mind. She disappoints me EVERY TIME. She is so horridly inarticulate - it's grotesque. This is the best person they could get to talk about one of the biggest humanitarian crises in the world? She makes a complete mockery of everything she touches.
