I can't believe how unprofressional the judge and lawyers were. I watched a little of the "trial", and I kept having to change the channel, because it was just to embarrasing.

I am glad that they have come to a somewhat solution as to where to bury her, but it sounds as if they are all expected to agree on the terms of the funeral, or to try to compromise somehow. I think it is totally ridiculous fighting about where to bury her, when the poor lady is dead & waiting to be buried properly while her body begins to decompose. That is disgusting in more ways than one. I can't help but think that if anna's mom really cared about her daughter she would know that she would want to be next to her son daniel, no matter where that is.
Has anyone else heard that after the final press conference when everyone "came together" to speak, apparently Vergie (anna's birth mother)....or her lawyer, went right away & filed an appeal on the decision!!?!! If that is true, then that means she is not accepting what the judge ordered today & is contesting it. That is horrible! This woman deserves to be buried & put to rest properly .....her mother seems really "whacked" & weird, or am I the only one that thinks her mother had no clue as to what she would have wanted in life or in death & obviously didn't want her to be apart of it.

It's funny, you can tell the people who haven't been around people who are addicted, they automatically point the finger and blame the person who tried to help. If your going to spout crap and point blame get the facts straight. I grew up with an alcoholic father, 5 alcoholic brothers and 2 of them were also drug addicts. If a person does NOT want help, no matter what you say or do, no matter how hard you try, a person has to WANT to get the help for themselves - they will NOT listen to you; they will only listen WHEN THEY are ready. Everyone can blame Howard K. Stern but ultimately, Anna Nicole was on drugs LONG before HKS came into the picture and he wasn't going to change her - only she was capable of that - she died by her own hands and doing, nobody else's. She was involved with drugs around her mother, Larry Birkhead and everyone else she knew. So, after years of drug abuse, it's HKS's fault? PLEASE - it's nobody's fault but Anna's. She made the choice to do the drugs and continue, she had a beautiful daughter who needed her and she chose to be with her son. Ultimately, her death, whether accidental or not, was at her own hands - nobody else is to blame for her drug addictions. If a doctor didn't prescribe them, she would've gone elsewhere.
She did drugs. She died from drugs and a broken heart. My father passed away not quite a year ago, a result of his years of abusing his body; anyone who loses someone that close to you knows that the grieving process is difficult and long. I'm still grieving and had I not had a family of my own, I don't know how I'd have gotten thru it. I spent the first 6-8 months lost, as I'm sure Anna Nicole felt when her son died. Anyone who has been around people who are addicted know that in time, the booze and drugs cause havoc on your internal organs. You can't just do these things without some consequences; your body wasn't built for that kind of abuse.
In terms of this whole courtroom frenzy and media play this week - what a mockary they made out of our judicial system. I mean, did ALL their dirty laundry need to get aired? I thought a judge deserved respect; the way those attorneys talked to him, they should have been held in contempt and the way he acted? he should have removed himself. Cameras should NOT have been allowed in there and we are talking about a woman, regardless of who she is, her past, etc., who should have had SOME privacy in death. Dying and grieving are private moments and the fact that she has lain in a morgue for 2 weeks while idiots argue over where she should be buried, etc. is absurd. I'm sure as much as she loved her son, she would have wanted to be buried there and any moron could figure that out! Same as with James Brown who has lain in "limbo" since Christmas Day. Seriously, is it THAT difficult to determine what is best and where to bury someone? COME ON ALREADY! If your going to squabble over it, it's your own issues, not that person's best interest you are fighting for. They all claim they had her best intersts at heart and yet the only sign I saw of that was today, when HKS and Larry Birkhead spoke to the media together, offered burial information and nothing more. Although the lawyer who spoke and "choked up" at the end, her comments about Larry being reunited w/his daughter at the end were unnecessary. Do the darn paternity before you go slinging that around. We all saw in the media she was a loose woman, any John Doe could be that baby's daddy. So what happens to this child When NONE of them prove to be this little girl's father? Bet none of them have thought of that scenario! This media circus surrounding Anna Nicole and Britany Spears is ridculous; don't we have better things to report and educate people on?

how and why would he want for her money?? she supported him. what does he want for? it was also said in court today that he did not suggest the bahamas, it was the son in law of thompson.

last but not least THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THERE WILL BE ANY MONEY FOR DANNIELYNN. he's a lawyer, he knows this. hell, all it takes is common sense. there was no money yet. there may never be. then what? the woman who supported him is dead and he has nothing. a little sense please.

Still the baby remains with that awful person Howard K. Stern. He is responsible for a lot of what happened to Anna and her son Daniel, and in a time span of 5 months they are both dead. He was always around them. Anna supported him for about 4 years. He wanted her money so badly. Even asking for a fax copy of her will days before she died. Then, he's laughing about it on television. By his being a lawyer, he knew what he was doing by probably suggesting to Anna to have the baby in the Bahamas on foreign soil. He made sure his name was on the birth certificate and he is the executor of her estate. He doesn't care at all about the baby only the money. He'll probably wait until Dannielynn is 18-20 years old and she will mysteriously die from a drug overdose like her mother and brother. Then the money is all his.
