Yes I agree. I think the baby looks just like Larry. As far as the mother is concerned. I dont trust her as far as I could throw her. Anna clearly did not want anything to do with her mother. She would roll over in her grave if she knew what was going on.

The family and Friends of Anna Nichole should be ashamed of all the fighting over a dead body. The body is rotting bury her already. A paternity test should be done immediately to determine who the biological father is. To not do this is doing a disservice to that innocent little girl. She has a right to know who her father is. In the future she may have need of a transfusion or some other thing and that is a pertinent thing to know about. Vergis should forget about her daughter and focus on the baby.

If Anna Nicole was so against her family of origin, why didn't she ever legally changed her name? Her legal names has always been the name given to her by her mother, Vickie Lynn Marshall. That is the name on all of her legal documents! She married twice, and continue to maintain her given name at birth as her legal name. Changing a name is very easy to do. In watching a longer version of the ET interview where she calls her mother a b*tch, she was saying how she has cried for her mother, "but no more since watching the ET interview" after Daniel's death! She wasn't saying that she had a life long resentment of her mother, only after Daniel died, and she was offended by what her mother suggested. Grandmother said things in reaction to a very emotional time, Vickie Lynn said things in a very emotional time. THey probably would have worked through it if she had lived. But what was it that Virgie said, get off the drugs, get away from those people or you will be next. Hmm, doesn't sound as if Virgie was unreasonable in her beliefs. Larry also testified that he knew that Anna Nicole was angry with her mother at times, but also cried out for her at other times. Just as Anna Nicole mentioned herself in the ET interview. Would everyone want to have their relationship with someone they love summarized by just one incident? If Anna Nicole really wanted to leave behind her past, she would have rid herself of her name. But what does she do, she gives her daughter a name comprised from her son and her own middle name. Vickie Lynn was not leaving her past behind.

S.J.W. the judge didn't give Howard guardianship over Anna's body.

This story is just horrible! And that judge should not have a job anymore because he sure is breaking the law! What kind of justice is he giving to her family by letting that man Howard Stern keep gardianship over anna's body! The law states that the next of kin shall recieve all assets left behind from a deceased relative! And howard is not her Husband nor a blood relative therefore as no legal right to her body or her estiate weather or not they were close friends while she was living. (And that part is the law)! That woman virge is her mother, she carried the woman in her whomb, a mother loves her child unconditionally wheater or not they were fueding.
All childern fued with their parents as childern and even as adults! But that doen't dismiss the facts that they will always be your parents and shouldn't be used against a person when they suffer a saddning loss such as losing a child!

I really hope the law acually provides justice for her mother and the baby! And especially for the deceased anna's sake! For example.....theres a tape showing Anna 8 months pregnant while on some sort of drugs in the care of this man Howard Stern. And as A woman if there is any man who will provide you with drugs to take while your pregnant obvisouly does not care about you or the unborn child! He's as already shown is true intentions on tape about the welfare of that child! He's should be jailed for endangering the welfare of a child for keeping her drugged up while pregnant with that baby!

The dead can not make any decsions for themseleves thefore the judge was to rule in the best intrest of the deceased and I personally don't see any justice in final verdict that judge! Giving a infant baby and her lawer who's provided by the man Howard Stern gardian-ship over her natural mother was to me absoultley insane. It's seems to me the judge based his decsion on what he wanted for anna instead of the law! And personally I believe that man Howard Stern is a undercover monster and I wouldn't trust him that child!

virgie had a chance to make it right when anna told her about the abuse she suffered at that hands of virgie's husband. no chances after that are required in my book. and yet that woman ran her miuth non stop, calling anna and howard murderers after danile died. she is the lowest of the low and spit would be to good for her.

her son was very young and probably had no idea what he would have wanted. in that case anna does decide. interesting that you allow virgie room to make right despite having had 12 years to do so, but anna gets no breaks? what a waste.

i don't blame stern for wanting control. i don't trust larry, he is too friendly with that woman who was supposed to be a mother but allowed her daughter to be abused- i'll call her an egg donor. if larry allows howard to be the trustee of dannielynn's estate then anna's wishes are partailly seen to seeing as how she wanted him to be responsible for daniel. i don't think larry is a scumbag like the mother, but i think larry can be pushed around by strong women- his attorney, anna, virgie.

You'll find that there is an agreement between Birkhead and Stern that if Birkhead is the father he can have custody (which he would deserve) but that Stern would still be in control of any monies. So you are wrong that Birkhead is only after ANS money, he genuinely wants to be a father to the baby. Also wanted to point out to you that Daniel looked exactly like his father. As does baby Dannielynn. Who yes does not have a thought process, but I'm sure when she's older she will want to be with her biological father considering her other blood relatives are gone. Larry Birkhead loved ANS and surely will not bash her memory or the memory of Daniel to his daughter. What kind of father would do that? Would your step-father bash your biological father? No because he loves you!
