I don't really care what they say they do. I still hate them both. Brad and Angelina belong to each other in that way... I wish more people would express exhaustion with those two and then maybe we can get actual people in the spotlight and not two dried up celebrities such as themselves. Angelina's rotting away to nothing and Brad is as clueless on life as ever... I'm just really sick of it. Plus, they need to stop having, adopting, rescuing.. (WHATEVER)...kids because they're making adoption look bad for everyone.

As much as I hate Angelina, you can see the same narcissism in EVERY celebrity. They are told by their publicists/reps to contribute to charities because it helps their IMAGE. Period. When Angelina is rotting in her grave because of some STD she contracted, other celebs will be doing the same work that they were doing before her. Why the H*ll is she soo special?

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are simply two beautiful, ultra-rich movie stars who are too much in love with themselves, their reflection in other people’s eyes, their own love story and the product of their love story to realize that something about them might be amiss. Has Angelina ever asked herself why people never spent a single second hurling abuse at Jennifer Aniston when she was married to Pitt? She'd better do that instead of deluding herself that her humanitarian show-offs alone are enough to entitle her to respect. Over the last three years I have seen many people projecting Pitt's and Jolie's deficiencies on Aniston beyond measure! They accuse her of everything that those two were supposed to do and there's no way to persuade them that they have anything to apologize for! One of the most frequent accusations on forums is she never accepted responsibility for the end of her marriage. Hello, she did so in the VF interview! And she is the only person who did so at a time when she had every right not to do it! Pitt and Jolie will never realize how much of their personal comfort they owe to Aniston because if she didn't have so much dignity and integrity, the truth about their shameless making out would be well known everywhere now!

Your comment is so ignorant. I've said this a thousand times, and I'll say it again: Why should it matter that I don't give as much money as a celebrity? Why should it matter that I give of my time instead? Just because a person volunteers at a girls group home, is a big sister, has worked with Habitat for Humanity, volunteered at a local soup kitchen, or donates a portion of their check to United Way - somehow, our donations don't compare with what Angelina Jolie has done?!?!?!? If a person who makes a $100 a month donates 10% of that to charity, their contribution is far more selfless and valuable (in my book) than someone like AJ donating 10% of her paycheck, because it's a little more of a struggle for those who make less to give at all.

Please explain your comment to me. I cannot seem to grasp the concept you're trying to make a case for.

No one has to tell everyone what they donate to unless they
want too. I think it is terrible to say that anyone that
doesn't approve of Angelina calling the press every time
she does something isn't capable to donating to their own
causes. I donate to many things, St.Judes, SOS, Habitat,
and many other things that are helping people in America.
I don't have millions to give so I prefer to try and help
the people that are trying to get by in this country. Many
have had their houses forclosed on, go to the soup kitchen,
and can't pay their utilites. They have families and are
trying hard to get back on their feet. I feel they need
it as bad as anyone in the world. Our government does
donate billions to other countries in the UN. I love
America and I want it to stay strong, therefore I feel
that I am helping by donating here. Lousiana needs help,
Californa needs help, who to say that is wrong to donate
there.

Succinctly put, if Angelina Jolie would do HER job as an ACTRESS and just ACT WELL, then she wouldn't have to run all over the world - exhausting herself and her family in the process - doing all the other stuff she does in a desperate attempt to redeem herself and get all the attention and approval she craves.

"Questioning motives" is right: Her efforts have everything to do with her own personal publicity and self-gratification, and very little to do with the people she is ostensibly trying to help. "Guilt trip" is more like it.

I guess the developing world should be grateful Angelina Jolie has no talent.
