anon@2:48pm. You're right, that came out a week ago. Finally after all the reports that they had stiffed them, they paid up to save face. 6 months after they said they would do it. Again, I'm glad she paid it. I thought I'd repost it as it still relevent. I guess for some people there is no change, even good change that will make them judge what they don't understand. So I am assunming all you who have posted so far have never hurt anyone, never made a mistake when you were younger that you regret and never realised once you grew up and had children what life is really about- family. You must have all been born perfect to feel so comfortable judging people that are taking their wealth, yes THEIR wealth and sharing it with people in the world most have chosen to ignore or forget. Personally I think it's brave to take a train in India famous or not and especially being famous. I've taken many trains in India and believe me they would probably freak all you out as most westerners who travel to places like india get EXTREMELY overwelmed. An abuse victim can forgive and not want anything to do with their abuser, a lack of relationship does not equal holding onto a grudge or a lack of forgiveness. Saying otherwise is assuming an individual person's complex emotions about a complex situation, which is ignorant. And now that she has children it is probably a smart move to have nothing to do with him, it would not only be opening herself, her mother and her brother up to what they have gone through in the past, but it would expose her children to the same type of abuse. Mental abuse is as harmful to a person as sexual or physical, if not more so. (It's not the slap that keeps you from leaving, but the fact that you have been cut off from friends and told no one wants you.).............Anyone with basic knowledge about abusive relationships know this.
