Both Haley and Phil should have gone home a long time ago! Forget about Sanjaya, these two are so far out of their league it is a joke. Haley makes Katherine McPhee seem good, and I am definitely not a fan of McPhee, and Phil, well he is just plain bad!

gine def. should NOT have gone, haley isnt terrible, but sanjaya shouldnt have even made it to hollywood, let alone the top 12!!

American Idol has become a popularity contest, and I don't think that it is fair that some good talent has been sent home because there are people out there who like Sanjaya, who would be better off as a karoke singer. I like both Haley and Gina and I believe neither of them should have gone home.

I just hope Melinda or LaKisha don't get sent home because of all the teenagers who vote for Sanjaya.

Haley is better than Gina. Gina was arrogant and her voice is not pleasant. Anyway, people like different styles of singing and music.

Gina may have been a better singer than Haley, but it really does come down to the whole package...Gina was annoying, arrogant, and acted like she thought everyone thought she was awesome. she can't hit those high notes without screaming, and she's such a fake 'rocker girl,' just trying to give herself this 'too cool' image. i couldn't even stand to look at her!! i'm so glad she's gone. haley is an awful singer but at least she's a little more entertaining - and sweeter, and not cocky, and doesn't talk back to the judges even when simon patronizes her about her legs. gina thought she was god's gift and that showed, even though listening to her voice screeching made me miserbale!! she's was too damn cocky for such a mediocre talent, and didn't behave with any shred of humility for someone who was just handed a golden opportunity. not to mention, again, UGLY, annoying, and not funny. and WORST style ever. not really rocker girl, just a poseur. GOOD RIDDANCE.

Gina was good...Haley is a beautiful girl and thats it!!! No special singing talent at all.Gina can sing way better than Phil,Sanjaya or even Haley.....come on America wake up!!!I even heard people are making tshirts that say "If Sanjaya wins Idol I____________________________"and you fill in the blank...someone wrote in theirs "if Sanhaya wins idol I need to be on the same drugs as Paula to cope"....now thats funny...LOL

I was sad to see Gina go at this point in the competition. I think she has an incredible voice. Hopefully they'll be as generous with her as they were with Chris Daughtry. As far as Sanjaya is concerned, I'm still in shock over the article posted yesterday saying he stole the show. In what positive way did he steal it? We all know at this point he's not winning for his pipes. I can see it coming down to Melinda, Lakisha, Jordin and maybe Chris along with Sanjaya, and THEN he'll get the boot. I'm still not sold on Blake. There's something about him I just don't like. It's not that he's all that bad either. He's got great stage presence, I just don't like him. Maybe it's because he's so cocky, I don't know, but I do know this, there is no way he can beat the 3 power women, in my humble opinion. Also, I quite like Haley's voice, and on top of that, she's quite pretty. I don't know why people are so harsh on her. She's WAY better than Sanjaya, that's for darn sure!

Wait!!! When did "good legs" mean "good singing"...weird! Didn't know those two were intertwined! Haley needs to go!! I liked Gina! I don't even really like anyone the best on this season, but Gina was a heck of a lot better than Haley! Does she really think she deserves to still be there? (would ask the same of Sanjaya but at this time it is a moot point!)

Sanjaya isn't going anywhere, which sucks. There is a website, that has millions of hits. I think Howard Stern started it, it says to vote for the worst american idol this year. how pathetic can you be. so all his lacky followers are listening and voting for that idiot Sanjaya.

Hilary needs to go get a job at Disneyland - the only singer she will make is in character like Cinderella or something.

the watercooler poll is a joke! i saw the exact same thing happen yesterday with the best style question.gina was leading, then all of a sudden sanjaya's votes jumped way past.i find it hard to believe over 100 people voted for him at the same time! and stylewise-he looked like a dweeb in the white suit!
