Alli Sims says she is still talking to cousin Britney Spears.
"I cannot really say much more about [her], but she is doing well," Sims told Usmagazine.com at the Montblanc Oscar Brunch at Casey Johnson's Villa in Beverly Hills last night.
Spears has been involuntarily hospitalized twice to treat her bipolar disorder. She is currently under the supervision of her parents (her father was granted legal, financial, and medical control of her life) and hasn't seen her two sons since January 3.
"Everybody just keeps supporting her and rooting [for] her because everyone kind of goes through weird little patches in [their] life," Sims told Us.
"You just need friends and family and everyone to support you and help you through it, and everything will be okay."
Sims, who is working on her first album, says she and Spears "will definitely collaborate on something."
"I think we are kind of both open to anything," Sims said. "We are really good friends, we are really close, and we really love working on stuff together, so I think that possibly something like that could happen."
Sims lived with Spears for eight months last year and previously told Us, "I wish people would give her a break and lay off her."

Alli Sims is a user who took full advantage of Britney at her worst hour/lowest point to network and make friends with people (ie: Paris Hilton, etc...) whom she'd never have met or befriended on her own. She's also using Britney as a platform for her own "singing" career and anyone who buys her music (whether it be a single or a cd, if either ever actually are put out by any legitimate record label) is just contributing to the mentality that we'll reward people who manipulate and use people with more power and fame who don't have all of their faculties intact. She makes me sick and if her parents were smart, they'd tell Alli Sims to keep her distance. Based on the other poster, I don't know if she isn't really her cousin, but if she is, that just makes it worse, and it just proves that it doesn't matter that she's family because family can hurt you too. The only people in Brit's life who ever seem to have cared about her for who she is and not what she can do for them are her parents and her siblings. I wish Brit the best and pray she distances herself from all of the people in her life who were bad influences (namely, Osama "Sam" Lutfi and Alli Sims, both of whom are still hanging out and both of whom attended Paris Hilton's birthday party). They're pathetic losers who latched onto Britney and her career successes.

Not only did she help Sam drug Brit and keep her a virtual prisoner, she stole from her. And when Adnan didn't want to listen to Sam anymore, Sam sent cuz in to offer him MONEY if he'd 'report' back to Sam. He promised Adnan would get photos and stories he could sell and that he'd 'make sure' Brit never found out. Cuz is the one who went to Adnan with the 'plan'. She is a criminal, a drunk and should be in JAIL!!!

7:06 PM A nervous breakdown is the cumulative RESULT of unresolved mental and environmental issues over an extended period of time. It is a broad safe non-medical term to describe the fit, the snap. Each time you snap, the name for the snap. It is not a diagnosis. When you have you head shaved, set a car on fire, lock yourself with a kid in your bathroom, or when you go off on another person. Whether a person does it with minor mental health issues like addiction/depression or a person with psychosis or a person with anger management problems the fit without an extended psychological evaluation can safely be termed a nervous break down. Only after a longer evaluation of the person can you go back and be more specific as to what type of fit. What mental issue cause it and what environmental factors played a role.

I hope that Britney does get well enough and gets her kids back from KFed. I also reckon her dad should take a restraining order out against her cousin Alli Simms and Britney's boyfriend because all they want to do is use for money and their 15 minutes of fame just like what KFed did. I also think that KFed should get a job and stop bludging off Britney. Whilst they were married KFed just used Britney for fame and money and I also think he should've been drug tested.

My own parents were both in their late 30s when they had me, but I actually appeciate that now--they were more mature and financially stable (though I guess money is not a problem for this particular couple). Yes, there are some health risks, but why dwell on that? They just had twins, and we should congratulate them and hope for the best!

I think it is a shame that our legal system allowed Kevin Federline and Kaplan to push Britney over the edge and deprive her two babies of their mother. Those little boys had spent every moment with Britney since birth while Kevin was out running the streets and living the good life and then they were snatched away from their Mom. I'm sure the little boys must be just as mentally crippled as their Mom right now. I can't imagine how distressing this must be for Britney and her babies. I hope no one is fooled by Federline and Kaplans "sweet" comments about how they only want the boys to spend time with Britney. Kaplan has already made over 1/4 million off Britney. They only want her well to "GIMME MORE".

The verdict on her problems, and illness, what is what and what lead to what, is still out. A nervous breakdown "snap" is a common problem most healthy and well balanced people MAY go through at some point in their lives. What caused it will determine how you cope with it. As will your personality, and success with the treatment for what caused it.

Why does anyone keep talking to this girl??? She is clearly a Britney Hanger-on and not even Brit's real cousin! Calling a serious mental illness a "weird little patch" makes me think that she is either profoundly stupid, or really totally unconcerned about Brit's welfare and just wanting to seem like she is still in the loop when she isn't. She is not going through what 90% of people go through. About one fourth of people have experienced mental illness, and that's not distinguishing the type. If that is her problem. People who are well balanced and healthy do not "snap" when they are annoyed or when people are in their face. People who are able to cope do not "snap" when their relationship breaks. This is not a nervous breakdown.
Anyway, my LOCAL NEWSPAPER (someone asleep at the wheel US?) and TMZ are reporting she will get visits with the kids. She has to be at the very least supervised by BOTH her dad and psychiatrist. There are more conditions as well.

I didnt know alli had become a Dr. that she could give advice so much on britney and how she is going to be.
She keeps saying britney is going to be ok so that we forget about britney and start paying attention to her.If you ever notice the only reason the papparazzi pay any attention to her is to get information out of her about britney and then she will divert the subject to about herself and her career.
