Did Sam have anything to do with that decision? Doesnt it seem odd that after the divorce she went down hill? She must still love him. The media also needs to give her some privacy for gods sake. wherever she goes they are right there in her face. She really need to get her head together. I don't think shes mentally ill i think her manager had alot to do with her actions. She needs to get rid of him and get her man and her kids back into her life.

Britney Spears’ former manager, Sam Lutfi, has been banned from contacting the singer.
The decision follows Jamie Spears' attorney, Jeryll Cohen, telling a Los Angeles court they have been unable to serve Lutfi with the restraining order issued on Friday. Cohen said Britney and Lutfi had been in contact over the phone despite the court’s orders.
The commissioner, Reva Goetz, also ruled the singer’s father will remain in control of Britney, as a co-conservator. Jamie and attorney Andrew Wallet will rule over decisions relating to her legal, financial and medical affairs until February 14th. However, Goetz denied a request by the co-conservators to fire Britney’s custody lawyers, Trope and Trope.
Earlier in the case, another attorney, Adam Streisand, who claimed to be representing Britney, argued Britney would like the power to choose her own conservator. He asked that the court remove Jamie because Britney is estranged from her father. His request was denied after Goetz said Britney Spears lacked the capacity to hire a new attorney. On Valentine’s Day, Britney’s mental competence to hire a new attorney will be determined.
After the case, Los Angeles County Superior Court Public Information Officer, Allan Parachini told the press, “The temporary conservatorship involving Ms. Spears has been extended until a hearing on February 14. A court appointed physician was assigned to evaluate her competency. That physician's report is due at the court on February 13. We will have the papers on the conservatorship later today and a provision that may interest you is she is ordered to have no contact whatsoever, direct or indirect, by phone, email, or text message with Sam Lutfi. Her father did not speak at the hearing. There is no change at all in the conservators. As you could see Mr. Streisand left the court. The commissioner did not feel that Mr. Streisand had standing to represent Ms. Spears."
Jamie declined comment as he left the court.
Britney has been involuntarily hospitalized since early Thursday morning. She is expected to spend another two weeks in hospital.

I saw that website text last night pretty damaging for Sam.The sad part about this all is Britney situation,I have been there and let me tell you the family hands are tied.HEP laws keeps the family at bay meaning the Spear family had no way of knowing how bad her mental state was at first,because the doctor cannot talk to them about patience.Bipolar people seem to attract the user, my brother friend sold everything, but the kitchen sink by the time I was able to have him picked up on a psych code.I would send the police over and the friend would tell them he was guardian; sound familiar. The sad part is Bipolar disorder patience do not know they are sick, so as soon as Britney gets out she will stop taking her med and the bipolar is worse when you stop the med all of a sudden.This will be a long fight for the Spear family and along the way their motives will be questioned by the leaches who want to get control of the victim again.

Alright, So through keen observation I've deduced that anyone who says things like " those babies" is the same type of person who use phrases like " those people", "own kind", " "paternity test, " " child support check", " child services", "baby daddy" on a regular basis. As in " K-Fed better get a paternity test to make sure those babies are his cuz if it was me I woulda called child services on her bleep even if I was her baby daddy. What is odd to me, is they were wanting to quit, then Sam comes on the scene full time and all of a sudden they don't want to quit. There is so much more going on that we aren't seeing. Things are smelling nasty. Britney's dad is there to protect her, nothing more - and she needs that protect.

I know some of you might think you have something good or funny to say but think about what this poor girl is going through before you even think of throwing your two cents in. Its so sickening to hear all this negativity! Literally makes me sick! I know its cliche but REALLY... if you dont have anything nice to say then why say anything at all?
