It’s all in the family for Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal!
The on-again pair, who met while filming their CIA thriller Rendition, spent an afternoon hiking around a Malibu, California, park December 30.
Witherspoon, 31, took turns holding hands with her children, Ava, 8, and Deacon, 3, and Gyllenhaal, 27.
And her kids are bonding well with mommy’s new man: At one point, Gyllenhaal even carried Deacon on his shoulders as they tackled the trails!
It’s not the first time the Brokeback Mountain star has spent time with Witherspoon’s kids. They all went trick-or-treating on Halloween.
Deacon and Ava have also recently spent time with dad Ryan Phillippe’s girlfriend, actress Abbie Cornish, whom he’s been seeing off and on since his October 2006 split from Witherspoon.

You are right the diffrence is Jen went on crying trying to turn the world against them. She made it seems like Angie come and broke the marriage though the truth is far away from that. It was a marriage that ended regarldless for the best of all. This all hate start on Angie is because JA jealousy and regrate of seeing Brad finding love and things he wanted in his life for long time. That all therapy JA did is to get over herself not Brad.
Reece ex is the one who almost admited of cheat.But she didn't do what JA did. I can't stand JA. The good thing is she is someone else's probelm now.
By the way she start dating jake before her divorce is final 5 months after the split. Brad didn't do anything differnt in this matter he did acutally start dating Angie just around 11 months after the split.

The reason it is different is because people feel Brad and Jen broke up BECAUSE of Angelina. Whereas, Jake clearly did not play a role in Reese and Ryan's divorce whatsoever. If anything, people see Reese as the burned one who was cheated on by Ryan. They want to see her happy and moving on. Much like people cheered Jen's moving on with Vince but jeered Brad's moving on with the woman they saw as ending his marriage. Whether any of this is true or not, because none of us REALLY know, you asked. And I'm answering, that's why people see it as different. Not because Jen and Jake are friends, that's just silly and has nothing to do with it.
Side note: I personally like both Jen and Angelina and think the whole people fighting about them is beyond stupid.

Im glad they got back together and seem to be very happy. I can understand why she broke up with him before because she felt it was too soon after her split from Ryan and she wanted to make sure it wasnt a rebound thing or awkward for her kids. That is respectable. Obviously there is something there or they wouldnt have gotten back together. Jake seems like a sincere guy who actually wants to be in a relationship to find that special someone to settle down with. He is everything for her in certain aspects that Ryan wasnt. I really hope these two make it!
